Chris joined the family business full time in partnership with his brother in 1992. Chris worked closely with the delivery portion of the business coordinating the company's partnership with the delivery pool with 60 Chicagoland florists. Chris also streamlined the company's hard-goods ordering system for cost efficiency and quality.
Customers will find Chris at the Pilsen location managing the western suburbs delivery capabilities. Chris also can be found out on delivery, meeting directly with a family for a wedding consultation, or personally setting up a wedding or event - ensuring each job is done to meet the family's standard.

Justin brought his degree in General Engineering from University of Illinois and several year's experience at Caterpiller to the family business in 2008. Justin oversees much of the company's delivery operations, relationships with several area delivery pools as well as the Information Technology of all four locations.
"This is the industry we were raised in. We believe in the floral industry and think it was has a potential to grow, while continuing to exceed the expectations of our customers in quality & service." Justin can be found at our Central Design Center in Pilsen or visiting one of the retail locations.

Zoe joined Ashland Addison in 1996 as a part-time customer service representative. Today, Zoe manages the entire customer service department and is the voice of Ashland Addison's telephone ordering system. Zoe's ability to relate to her customers partnered with her knowledge of flowers is the guidance Ashland Addison telephone shoppers have grown to love and trust.
Zoe personally adores her relationships with all Ashland Addison customers and is an integral part of all company decisions based on her ability to speak on the customer's behalf. How does Zoe continue to grow and provide customers with the best care available? "I am on the phone all day. I listen to what my customers are saying as well as pay attention to the floral industry's changes. I do my best to take these things to heart every day and provide the quality and service Ashland Addison has built its business on." Diane joined Ashland Addison Florist Company in 2019, after spending five years working in public relations and marketing for her University. She graduated from Utah State University with a Master in Business Administration and degrees in Marketing, Economics, and Business Administration.
Diane manages Ashland Addison's consumer website as well as all social media, marketing, promotions, public relations, advertising and communication functions.

Diane first joined the Ashland Addison family working on accounting tasks and also organizing wire orders and providing holiday assistance. When the first computer system was employed in the early 1980s, Diane grew into role of IT management and continued that role for subsequent systems.
As the company continued to grow and expand, Diane took on the role of hiring, training and managing customer service staff. Diane's list of duties continued to grow into an expanded role of computers, telephones, all Human Resources duties, and she even knows how to get her hands dirty in the design room when she's needed. Diane now is focused on HR and accounting roles and is located in the office at our Westchester location.
